REDISCOVERING PLAY
A time for parents to remember how to play with their children! Putting it into practice ... A fun day for the family to play together .... Original play ... touching in a safe and loving way ... healthy, natural, physical contact; fun and games; creativity!
Play is found everywhere – It is an original, creative, universal force. Through play, “playmates” experience a sense of belonging, safety and compassion ... a special connectedness and companionship sparking joy, peace and trust. Play is OK! During play, we don't know that we are different from each other. During play, we interact in a way that none of the differences make any difference.
Some facts on play:
- The origin of the word "play" is telling! It is derived from the Old English word "plegian", which means to exercise. Play is the brain's primary source of JOY!!! Joy provides what the brain processes as "Emotional Fuel".
- Play engages the Prefrontal Cortex (our most highly evolved and recently acquired brain areas) nourishing our highest level cognitive functions - those related to incentive and reward processing, goal and skill representation, mental imagery, self-knowledge and memory.
 Einstein even came up with the Theory of Relativity as a result of play!
1. It began as a physical sensation
2. Then it became a set of visual images
3. Only later it emerged as a written formula
Thus Einstein concluded that imagination is more important than knowledge!

LIFE SKILLS FOR KIDS
This is an excellent course for children, addressing some of the common challenges they face on a daily basis. It gives them tools and techniques to enable them to boost and maintain their self esteem and confidence. It is practical and fun.
We learn about what makes us special, discuss feelings and how to deal with them creatively to our benefit, the basics of creative visualisation, meditation, and affirmations. We discuss and learn about divorce, bullying and self esteem - what is self esteem and how to build it. Most importantly we learn to love ourselves.
The course is constructed in such a way that each child is encouraged to express themselves and the problems they are personally facing in a nurturing and loving environment, using drawing, meditations, role playing and creative work.
Included: A personal children's workbook, which they take home for reference, the arts and crafts they create on the course and a certificate.

I LOVE BEING A LIONESS
This is an empowerment course for girls and ladies. In this course we take a close look at the lioness and her role in the pride, her love for her cubs, her bond with the other females, and her ability to hunt and be independent. When she is content she is loving! When she is angry she is fierce and lets it out! How she is centred and focused in what she does.
We then relate this to being a girl/woman. It is presented in a simple way as we discuss what our roles used to be and what they are now. How do you feel about being a girl/woman? What makes a girl/woman powerful? We learn about our power, how to take it back, how creative and inventive we are. What is true beauty? What is beautiful about me? The girls/ladies are given tools to enable them to love themselves more and more. What is feminine intuition? How I can be independent, strong, balanced, happy and whole? How I can make my own decisions? How I can stand in my truth? How I can be a Lion Hearted girl/woman?

NATURE'S CHILD
Module 1
Module 1 offers a unique insight into Nature in that we learn that we are a part of Nature, not separate from it, and how we are connected to everything. We are all one, and need each other. We learn that everything is energy and what we do has an effect. We also learn why and how we keep our connection to Nature and what each individual can do to help recreate our balance with Nature.
Module 2
Working with the children and lions in a safe and controlled environment offers children a unique insight into lion behaviour and pride structure, providing a perfect platform to discuss issues such as respect, focus, playfulness, courage and fear. Children are also taught the basics of animal communication and how they can support themselves and grow with courage and grace.
Module 3
We look at the plant kingdom and how it supports us. We learn to respect plants and trees and herbs that heal us. We learn that we can communicate with plants as well. We do creative and practical work and rediscover the wonder, beauty and intelligence of plant life. Children delight in discovering that plants and trees, like people and animals, also have consciousness and therefore are alive.
