A Business Analyst and Project Manager within the Banking Sector by profession, Lynette is following a dream of working with people, making a difference in their lives and reminding them how to have fun … to open their hearts, to celebrate their life, enhancing their self-esteem. Her vision is to inspire people to follow their dreams and to reach their full potential … Supporting them to find their wings!!!

Lynette has been in the Team Building and Experiential Learning industry for 7 years. (Experiential Learning is a very powerful Human Resources development tool – Learning by doing!) With a natural ability to interact with people and identify their needs, she learnt and worked for various companies, where she ran Corporate Team Building and School Camp interventions, before starting Lifetime Experiences in April 2003.

Multi skilled and talented … Lynette is a certified Applied Life Coach, NLP (Neuro Linguistics Programming) Practitioner, Deep Democracy (conflict management) practitioner and trauma counsellor as well as a qualified field guide and Lion Heart facilitator.

Through her company, Lifetime Experiences, she gives inspirational talks and presents numerous life enrichment interventions, including diversity appreciation; corporate team building and development; Lion Heart lion interaction programmes; youth empowerment and leadership camps; and rediscovering play programmes - reminding parents how to play with their children.

She has presented Twinning Wilderness camps and outings for a non-profit organisation called Eco-Access ( www.eco-acces.org ), working with disabled children and non-disabled children, in the natural environment, teaching them about disabilities, overcoming fears and enhancing self-esteem.

Lynette has lectured on Teambuilding at Damelin Randburg and Tshwane University as part of their Event Management Programmes, and has presented on team building and personal branding at numerous Secretarial Conventions, including in Windhoek , Namibia .

Lynette has an amazing amount of energy and is very passionate about the work she does and the people she works with.

Depending on her clients' needs and the size of the group, Lynette has a pool of male and female multi racial, trained and hand picked, highly energetic facilitators she draws on.
